Many items are manufactured and sold specifically for off-road competition use only and are not approved for street use by the manufacturer or DOT. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine that the use of his vehicle and items purchased comply with Federal, state and local regulations.
Shipping & Delivery
When you place your order, you will immediately receive an automated email confirmation from us. If you do not receive it please use the “Contact Us” to verify the order.
Please review your order confirmation! If you supply an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, your order may be returned to us, or we may need to bill you for the address correction fee charged by the carrier.
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days; if you order before 2 PM Eastern Time. We will contact you via email if there are any delays. We will always email your tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Ground orders are shipped via either UPS Ground (estimated 2-5 business days delivery time), or US Postal Service Priority Mail, estimated 2-4 business days.
Payment must be received before orders are shipped. We accept payment via Paypal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
If you receive merchandise damaged in transit, please keep the box and all packing material, and contact us immediately using the “Contact Us”.
Products will be accepted for return within 30 days of the date of shipment, provided that return is authorized in advance by Track Toy Parts, and the product is returned clean and unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. A credit equal to the product price less 20% stocking fee for uninstalled/unused returned products will be issued only after inspection. Please contact using the “Contact Us” form to arrange a return. Products returned without prior authorization will not be credited and will not be shipped back at our expense to you.
